Follow these steps when using WOOLPEL Sheep Wool Pellets for Transplanting
Prepare the Transplanting Site: Choose a suitable location for your transplants, ensuring they receive the right amount of sunlight and proper drainage.
Prepare the Soil: Dig a hole slightly larger than the root ball of the transplant. Loosen the soil in and around the hole to aid in root penetration and establishment.
Incorporate Wool Pellets: Mix a handful of sheep wool pellets into the soil you’ve removed from the hole. This will ensure that the transplants receive a nutrient-rich base for their new home.
Plant the Transplant: Gently remove the plant from its current container and place it in the prepared hole. Fill in the gaps with the soil-wool pellet mixture, ensuring the plant is at the same depth as it was before.
Mulch and Water: Surround the base of the transplant with a thin layer of wool pellets to act as a mulch. Water the plant thoroughly to settle the soil and activate the wool pellets’ moisture-retaining properties.
Ongoing Care: Monitor the moisture levels of the soil and adjust your watering routine accordingly. The wool pellets will gradually release moisture, so be mindful not to overwater.
