What are WOOLPEL Sheep Wool Pellets?
WOOLPEL are 100% natural sheep wool pellets made from Australian sheep wool that adds natural fertiliser, hydration and aeration to your soil and plants.
WOOLPEL pellets are a sustainable and environmentally friendly option for gardeners and farmers that are looking for a slow release fertiliser that will also add hydration and aeration to the soil. They are made from 100% raw wool from Australian Sheep Farmers and are 100% biodegradable. Wool pellets absorb up to 20 times their weight in water and release stored water as the soil requires it, reducing the need for watering by up to 25%.
In addition to their water-holding capabilities, wool pellets also slowly decompose over approximately 6 months, gently feeding the soil with nutrients including calcium, magnesium, iron, sulfur, and other trace elements. They are a slow-release fertilizer with no spikes and drops during the growing season, and they will not burn plants and lawns like other fertilizers can.
Wool pellets also help to increase soil porosity, creating an environment for healthy plants and strong root growth.
